Ted is the managing partner of the Firm and has been with Phillips Gold since 1982.  He graduated from Bernard Baruch College with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting in 1980.  

Ted started his career at Phillips Gold in the audit department and gradually migrated to the tax department in the 1990s.  He has been a partner of the Firm since 1989 and currently focuses his practice on providing high net worth individuals, their families and their businesses with accounting, tax, financial advice and business management services.  Ted has an expertise in international taxation for businesses and individuals.  He helps clients develop and implement financial plans and tax strategies to increase, preserve and transfer wealth.  

Ted has also served on the board of directors of several non-public business entities.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPAs.
