Patrick A. Wrenn is a Partner at Phillips Gold and Company, LLP and brings over thirty years of accounting and tax experience to the firm. Pat has an expertise in financial reporting, preparation of financial statements, reviews and compilations as well as income tax preparation and projections of all types of individual, business and trust returns. Pat has been exposed to many different types of businesses including investment companies, real estate partnerships, family partnerships and construction companies. Additionally, Pat has also been involved in the financial and income tax affairs of many high net worth individuals and their families

Pat is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).

Pat earned his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from SUNY at Plattsburgh.
